Everything. That bad we left for another hotel. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! Lucky we didnt get electrocuted entering the room,live wires on light switch. Sockets hanging out with live wires, go on knees if you want to get ongo balcony,bathroom disgusting. Beds awful, everything awful. Expedia should be ashamed to advertise it. I wouldn't stay if they paid me to.

La struttura è di vecchia data,ma gli appartamenti sono grandi,c'è la piscina giù,due bar con tavola calda a bordo piscina,il personale è molto cordiale e simpatico,con una passeggiata si arriva alla spiaggia,buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. As fotos que vi quando fiz a reserva nada tinham a ver com o local. Era tudo velho e degradado. Completamente diferente do que vi nas fotos. Deviam usar fotos reais. Publicidade enganosa!

O apartamento estava sujo. Azulejos com sujidade entre eles, os lençóis de 2 camas estavam manchados e os edredons sujos. O chao estava cheio de poeira e nas janelas tinha teia de aranha. A agua para o banho quente , so deu p 1 pessoa ..logo ficou fria. O estor da sala nao subia..estava emperrado todo para baixo. Foi uma pessema estadia! Fiquei com nojo de estar ali.

..never recommend solmonte apartment to anyone they were very dirty beds were all stained bathroom was a disgrace and staff at this hotel were not very helpful in anyway about this

The apartment was not clean, we bought cleaning liquid and wipes and cleaned the kitchen worktops and bathroom before our use. We had electricity cut offs every day, the staff blamed a toaster and removed it, but the electric still cut off the next day. We did not have a regular/daily cleaning service and staff changed the towels after 4 days only as I requested it. The kitchen, electric boiler and bathroom are old and in desperate need of updating. We had no kitchen cooking equipment and had to request a microwave, kettle and toaster. Which were old and stained with use. Very disappointing. I expected it to be basic as I paid a cheaper price, but feel this property is well below the standard I expect.
