"This was my second time staying at the Hotel and it did not disappoint. The location is great for exploring the city. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was very good for a complimentary breakfast. You many many choices of breakfast items and the staff was out in the area making sure that food was refilled to serve everyone."

"Hotel is beautiful and close to lots of things but rooms are not maintained. Toilet paper holder fell off wall. Shower curtain was filthy. Head board looked like they had never been dusted. Too expensive for such poor maintenance."

"They stay started out 5 star as Ivey checked us in. She was supper pleasant and helpful. She engaged and ask questions and explained the property to us. Very Valuable associate. Hotel was super cool and historic but the bathroom etc was new and modern. View of the river and balconey was fun....from small boats to SUPER container ships. Keel had an awesome breakfast...Very fun happy hour as well. The location was perfect...we could walk to any and all parts of Savannah we wanted to. Great Job"

"This is one of the best hotels in Savannah!! The location is great, the price is reasonable, and free breakfast when I stayed. The staff was great and if you do not want to valet park there is a public parking garage right behind the hotel run by the city that is half of the cost of valet parking."
