"Shower, air conditioning and fridge all worked well in the room. And the property itself is quite spacious..plenty of room to walk around outside the room..big trees provide nice privacy and shade to rooms on the south side The room they first put me in didn’t have a bed but they quickly found a different room for me"

"The town is very nice as are the people. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Very good food. The hotel could have use more house keeping help. Overall nice visit for a wedding venue. Staff very polite and helpful!"

"If ambience is what you seek then this is the perfect place to be! Location, culture, and shops nearby add to a great vacation spot. The rooms are clean, staff, efficient, and perfect continental breakfast but includes making your own waffles! I love the picnic tables outside the room, giving you an opportunity to experience a picnic environment but also the restaurants that are within walking distance. It’s by the Potomac River so a morning walk in fresh air includes a beautiful sunrise or sunset …are a wonderful addition."
