"The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left. "We have stayed at this hotel many times and find that it meets our need of a quiet few days away and a spa to relax in. The rooms are spacious with tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Large comfortable bed, warm room and plenty of hot water for baths and showers. Very helpful staff and plenty of parking."

"Room was excellent, floor to ceiling windows, a streaming TV, and a bed as comfortable as a cloud. However, the lady on breakfast was quite rude, and breakfast was a huge disappointment. I was there for half 6 and the eggs were hard, bacon overdone and juices were either not shaken properly or watered down. A great stay, but let down by a poor breakfast experience."
