"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Great George Hotel in Charlottetown. The beautifully restored heritage buildings, comfortable accommodations, and warm Island hospitality made for a wonderful stay and great choice for my birthday trip! The location is perfect for exploring downtown Charlottetown on foot, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon treats were a lovely touch. We lol Forward to staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prince Edward Island."

"Continental breakfast closed 1 hr early. Tub fills up when showering. Poor water pressure. Floor uneven feels like you’re on a slamp. Very tight room."

"This hotel is located in a fun area of Prince Edward Island. Note, the hotel does not provide certain amenities (refrigerator, tv, workout area), notes that the rooms can be noisy due to the bar downstairs and it is not a good hotel for families (children). The hotel was convenient for our needs, bed was comfortable and shower included a rain shower option. Note the bathroom walls are opague glass which is not for everyone."

"The Rodd was a great place to stay. The style and decor showcased the history and charm of the era and the hotel itself. The only downside to this location was the water pressure in the unit which was extremely minimal. It was usable, but not what would be expected. Aside from that everything was clean and comfortable. The windows and the view they provided were amazing. The location is also prime."
