"The hotel is located close to downtown so it’s perfect walking distance to bars, shops and the theatre. The omelette station, Starbucks coffee, hot and cold breakfast areas were a nice touch. There are a couple of nice sitting areas in the lobby. Everything seems well spaced out. Having a spa on the premises is great however, we were unable to get an appointment. The only thing that I would change is the quality of the toilet paper because it’s irritating."

"This is a great downtown location in Charlottetown, and you are walking distance from all the sights, shops, and restaurants. The front check-in staff were helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. Would stay again!"

"Great little cute boutique hotel. The only thing is they don’t have coffee makers in the room …you have to pay for coffee in a common area. They do have a common area to watch TV and play cards so that was awesome! If you forget amenities, such as hair dryer or need extra blankets etc. the staff are very attentive and they have it delivered to your room within five minutes of asking. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location within walking distance of all downtown and waterfront. Clean, comfortable rooms. Fairly quiet, but the suite above us was noisy one morning. This place is an old house, so that's the reason. Recommend a top floor suite. Breakfast was good, but the coffee was not. We would still recommend this place to friends."

"We had a clogged washroom. The maintenance guy repaired it only to recur in half an hour. Since it was past 10pm, they provided adjacent room’s washroom instead of repairing at midnight. It was a good gesture, although a little inconvenient! And they are currently renovating the place."
