Copthorne Hotel Plymouth
A very central hotel. Very clean & staff were friendly and helpful. My one gripe is that when we were having late evening drinks in the bar, staff started tidying the room up around us & laying up for breakfast. It didn’t make us feel very relaxed or welcome to be there. That was a shame.

Leonardo Hotel Plymouth
A wonderful welcome at reception and an upgrade to an executive room was especially pleasing. The location and external appearance are perhaps the hotel’s less positive features, but the quality of my room & brilliant customer service more than made up for slight reserves about the location.
