For a 3* hotel, I can't fault this place. Room was clean and comfortable with modern decor, staff were super efficient and friendly without being brusque, communal bar / breakfast area was really cozy - would happily stay again.

Needed more shampoo and body wash for two nights stay. Plus there was no cold air coming out from the air conditioning.

Leonardo Hotel Plymouth
A wonderful welcome at reception and an upgrade to an executive room was especially pleasing. The location and external appearance are perhaps the hotel’s less positive features, but the quality of my room & brilliant customer service more than made up for slight reserves about the location.

Crowne Plaza Plymouth by IHG
Everything was wonderful, from the staff to the room. The pool, gym, and sauna were excellent. The breakfast was all fresh and the view was lovely.
