"I had a great stay here. They do free luggage storage and you can put bags in a locked room. The kitchen is decent size. The bed was comfy and the showers were nice. The only downside is the location, but it is right by public transportation and easy to get within the city. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn – the niu, Flash Berlin Charlottenburg. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and modern, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing.
The customer service truly stood out—every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. One thing we really appreciated was that even after check-out, they kindly held our luggage until late in the day, which made our travel plans much easier.
Although breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, we chose to have it at the hotel—and it was excellent. The variety, quality, and presentation were all impressive. It was a great way to start the day.
The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the entire hotel was run with great care and attention to detail. We left feeling very happy and grateful for such a smooth and pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.
