"Very nice hotel, quiet too "

"It was a room with a kitchenette.I didn't need to utilize it.The only downside would have been if I had been there for a longer stay.The things like mugs plates et.Cetera, have to be purchased.I'm the only downside to my visit was a loud neighbor but the hotel itself was much better than expected . "

"I went there because I love the pool but it was closed and they never told us when we were checking in or on your website. Expedia does not say the pool was closed so I was really upset because it was my 28th anniversary. My husband is a truck driver. He just started his new job and had to ask permission for these days and we didn’t get what we wanted. They never told us when we checked in that the pool was closed so we got ready to go to the pool and it was close I was really disappointed. I even cried because I was looking forward to being at that hot tub"

"Rooms are clean. Amenities will be beautiful when the Reno is done. But this seems like a resort except there isn’t a lot of amenities (not even a microwave!!) There is no gym on site. Beautiful but bare."
