Le check-in était compliqué. Puisqu’il n’y a pas de reception, nous avons du attendre un trentaine de minutes sous le soleil avec nos bagages. Pendant notre séjour, il y avait de la construction.

Ravi de notre séjour hôtel bien placé pas trop loin de la mer a côté des restaurants.personel accueillant et toujours serviable.piscine petite mais sympathique.chambre grande avec 2 chambres et deux salles de bains machine a laver très pratique.climatisation dans chaque pièce.menage parfait tous les jours.

L’hôtel est bien situé malgré qu’il soit un peu à l’extérieur du centre très touristique sauf que ça fait en sorte qu’il soit plus tranquille. Le logement est grand et assez propre.

Fantastic location

These apartments are in a chic little street of Playa del Carmen. There are a few cafes, ice-cream shop and a sandwich shop all in the same block. To me it felt like the streets of a trendy little suburb. The supermarket is just a few blocks away and the market with fresh fruit and veggies down the road. An awesome location - good coffee across the road in the morning and hear the sounds of live music during the evening. The property itself has a small pool. The grounds are ok, but not extremely well kept. The reception is lovely and the apartments themselves are spacious. We found that the kitchens were not well equipped and we could have made better use of the kitchen had the facilities been better. Overall our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay.

Muito boa

Hotel simples porém aconchegante. Quarto enorme com suíte, sala,cozinha, varanda e até area de serviço (com maquina de lavar e tudo). No piso superior tem uma hidromassagem. Ficava um pouco longe da 5 avenida mas pra mim não foi nenhum problema, eu e meu esposo íamos andando de boa. Ótimo custo benefício

Best value for your money in Playa.

Rooms were huge! King sized bed, large dining room and even 2 bathrooms. Great location, close to grocery store and wal-mart, 10 min walk to the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly, if it wasn't in your room, they would get it for you.

Buena ubicación y amplio lugar pero..

En realidad las suits tienen una excelente ubicación y son bastante amplias.. pero solo eso, por unos días no tuvimos agua caliente ni se podía cocinar.. los desayunos fueron pésimos siempre lo mismo (pan, fruta y café) . La suit asignada tenía un fuerte olor a cigarro y la verdad tuve que ir a compar un desodorante ambiental para poder dormir bien..Deben de mejorar porque tiene mucho potencial..

La alberca nunca estuvo disponible. No nos dieron otra alternativa para otra alberca. Nos cambiaron 3 veces de cuarto, el desayuno escaso y mal presentado. Cobraron por las amenidades del cuarto, y no nos dieron ningún accesorio para la cocina, solo cápsulas de café porque las pedimos, sin sobres de azúcar. Poco responsable el gerente del lugar.
