Well located apt close to beach and 5th ave,

In gnrl clean an spacious 2 bedrooms apt. Well equipped kitchen. Outdated A.C units. Had malfunctioning in A.C unit in master bedroom, staff acted quickly to solve it. An old tv in second bedroom that do not work at all, should be replaced or removed. Our concierge (Isaac from Bric property mngmt) was awesome !!

Nice, but watch out!

We got an apartment in the ground floor and saw two cockroaches. Hotel Bric, the administrador, has few others apartments in the Meridian Building, so we moved to an other apartment in the second floor / 204 and there were not cockroaches and was very clean... the cleaning lady and concierge were friendly and off course, after the cockroaches problem, we had not charge for extra cleanings. Location is very good, 1 block to 5th ave. (quite the end of the nice tourists area, with great places to eat and not too crowd) and 3 blocks to Martina Beach.

Not as expected.

We booked the Meridian by Bric for 4 nights. We were given a ground floor unit. It was spacious, but we weren't comfortable opening drapes because we were right on the street. The area wasn't well lit at night and we didn't feel safe leaving after dark. Day two we found a dead roach in the middle of the kitchen floor. The unit was very musty. We asked Bric to move us to another of their nearby Rentals which they very graciously and immediately did. We moved to the Loft and it was all we expected. A great location and facility.
