We hate to disappoint our customers and I am so sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay to the fullest.It's true that the humidity in this are can be strong, that's why we always recommend to keep the AC turned on, even if it's cold, since that's the only why to keep the condo fresh and dry.Maya Villa is a great place for mature couples or people looking to relaxations since it's small and private. Dear Mirian, Our customers mean a lot to us, and we are sorry we couldn't meet your expectations. As an small property with only three levels Maya Villa does not have elevators as listed in the hotel information. That's way we offer a room change without extra cost to a ground floor room. Unfortunately, the charges or lost keys and safe lock are not removed, since as per security reasons for further customers we need to replace the whole lock. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Hope you can give us a second chance to change to improve your experience.
