Room was not clean and it had a very bad smell in it. Water will not heat most of the time we had to shower with cold water. I paid for a balcony room and instead I was given a room with no balcony. I told the front office but they didn’t do anything about it. Property location is good, it is close to 5th Avenue so that was our only plus. Will not stay again !

Honestly this stay was not at all good, to begin with the air conditioning on the room we were given didn't work, so after multiple attempts to fix it and no luck they had to change us to a different rooms, the rooms make you claustrophobic for the lack of windows and light, the elevator was the smallest and slowest elevator I have ever seen, and they only have 1. it takes you to the smallest parking garage, out to the smell of trash and every time to go out or get in, you have to physically walk to the main entrance to ask for the door to be open. worst experience ever.!

Good thing about the hotel is that the area is very safe . Breakfast is including but not the drinks, they should be clear on that. Also room wasn’t that clean… the bathroom could’ve used some new accessories. But overall it was ok

Elevator broken and power was out during check in. Somewhat of a mildew smell due to shower design. Not the worst but not great. Beautiful rooftop though

It was an OK hotel for the time we stayed, 8 days. The ridiculously loud music from the rooftop, was very anti-social in my opinion as not everybody was here to party. When we had an issue, it was hard to find someone to assist us at the reception. Breakfast was ok, I understand that they are trying to make extra cash by charging for drinks but in this case, the clients need to be informed about the property in the description so the client can decide accordingly. The description informed us that there was an extra fee for airport pick-up when I tried to book I was told that it is not a service they offer. The rooftop is gorgeous, great swimming pools. Very nice decor in the common areas.

This is the only property i've ever gone to where you purchased breakfast. An eggs are the only thing that are included. Coffee or drinks.It's all an extra charge. This hotel is trying to nickel and dine on every item for breakfast. The owner's send a waitress telling me not to bring in outside coffe.

Hmm.... I paid for a triple room, after entering the room I found 1 towel, 2 bottles of water and 2 coffee capsules. The next day, despite a tip to the cleaning staff, the situation repeated itself. Water and two coffee capsules are a welcome pack. Breakfasts included in the price do not include drinks and bread, everything is paid extra. The breakfast menu is eggs only with a choice of toppings and fruits. Access to the beach club is a big over-interpretation. You can use it after paying 300 pesos per person and from the sunbeds in the last row. The hotel has nice staff at the reception and a good location near the sea.

No free breakfast, in room safe, or iron. I felt this hotel was dishonest in their advertising. Will not return or recommend. Rude front desk lady named Romeania. They try to charge you bogus fees upon arrival. Rooms are hot as air conditioning seems to be controlled at the front desk. Nothing at all to drink not even water offer with supposedly free breakfast. Only a soggy scrambled egg prepared by a nasty filthy sweaty cook. Stay away from this place or it will put a damper on your vacation.

Excellent experience and service
The only point of improvement is the bed, it's a bit on the hard side for a 4-star hotel with premium bedding, but overall wonderful experience at the hotel, excellent customer service and the best breakfast experience (options and quality of food) I had in a long time. We will be back.

We had no running water for 2 days, could not shower or flush the toilet. Also had no electricity, therefore no phone, tv, air conditioning etc.

Cute boutique hotel. Clean and staff was nice. Drinks by the pool a bit expensive. Would have loved to hang out at the pool a bit more but too pricey to eat and drink.

I've been in several hotels here recently and showers are very limited for volume and hot water. The shower was the best in a while and beyond good Elevator is exceptionally slow and I usually took the stairs. The roof top area has a lot of different entertainment through the week and weekends. The guests leave via the stairs and late night conversations when they walked down were an everyday occurrence seem to occurance. No consideration for guests with the late night roof parties. Not one towel rack anywhere in the room. Shower door was missing a track runner and I almost pulled the shower door into the shower. Hallways were dirty from the travelling guests down from the roof Some of the wait staff, one more than the other's not too friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Looked good but it wasn't too tasty. Dry omelettes. Coffee the worst in several months of travel. I eventually didn't eat anything there. I liked the location. Just off the beaten path yet close to everything. Reasonable value.

Avoid this Hotel
The service in this hotel is deplorable. From checkin, 3 staff watch me struggle with my bags and nobody helps. I misplaced my key and they wouldn’t replace they had security let me in the room. Which sounds reasonable until you realize the key turns all the lights and a/c on. I need we to stay an extra day they made me check out and check back in and out me out for 3 Hours. Ironically this place is called IT Hotel and the internet connection is from 1999, be prepared to buffer 100 times a day.

Small room in a great place
The hotel location is great: close to the beach, 38th street full of restaurants and 5th Ave. The parking is limited but we got a place. The room was very small. There is not even place for a chair or a wardrobe. The room is equipped with a TV and coffeemaker. The bed was inconvinient woth a very hard mattress. The reception staff was not much helpful. The music in the bar was loud but the receptionist turned it off at my request. Overall it's not a bad place for the money for a short stay if you don't care about a quality bed.
