Host- Morris called his Canadian guest upstairs “Stupid people” I asked him to stop talking like that - he didn’t stop, and I will. The common room was unusable as we were not allowed to use a/c (México in July) No trash cans on our property (2 condos down had a small one) We were expected to put our used toilet paper and all household trash in a small can next to the toilet. Ran out of toilet paper twice during our 9 day stay. They advertised place to make small meals, but not even a plastic knife for guest ( Safety concerns 😁) Pool so hot it was hard not to call it a hot tub! Will not come back

You are probably confusing with your previous stay.Rubbish Disposal: Each room comes with a rubbish bin and we also have a designated larger rubbish bin in the meals area which is shown to you upon your arrival. We want to ensure that our guests have adequate facilities to manage their waste.Toilet Paper & Cleaning: Our housekeeping staff provides daily housekeeping services, including toilet paper replenishment. We apologize for any shortcomings in this service. If a "No Trespassing" sign has been displayed on your door, it may have prevented us from carrying out our normal cleaning routine.Services and Safety: We prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests. While we aim to provide the services you need, some items may be excluded for security reasons. We apologize if this caused you any inconvenience.Pool Temperature: During the summer months, it is normal for the pool to be warm. If the pool temperature has been uncomfortable for you, we appreciate your feedback. In the future, if you encounter such a problem, please feel free to inform us and we can explore solutions such as using ice to cool the pool water.We are disappointed that your experience did not live up to your expectations and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve. Excellent communication and attention all the time with the owners, the house, the backyard and the pool were great, breakfast service was amazing, Rosa the lady that served the breakfast and cleaned was very attentive and friendly, we enjoy our stay, the only concerns was the beds only had sheets and that look weird, towels were old and one of the TV’s too, everything else was amazing, the area is private so is good because of security but the guards stopped you and ask you a lot of questions every time you’re going in, they don’t give you nothing to have a fast access

The place is nice good location very clean but the beds are extremely hard. You will definitely wake up with a backache in the morning. A good bed is the most important component of the room and if they cant get this part right they will never be successful

Stinky & stained sheets, terrible bed, overpriced.
* Pros: - Inside an access-controlled area - Good first impression (the apartment and some small details) - They accommodated a late check-in. * Cons: - Owner / hosts unable to accept complains or any criticism - Charged more than agreed-on *and* invoiced - Strong mold smell in the room coming from the also stained bed sheets(!) - Terribly uncomfortable and noisy mattress - Room type might not match your reservation - Noisy AC, but not much of an issue (there were far worst) - There might be a little of a language barrier (native Italian speakers, it seems) - It might be hard to reach the owner for any issues - Check their website *before* reserving to have more information on their services Some things I was told the next morning, but I don't agree with: - The room type was changed to a better one (darn!) because of the late check-in. I just wonder why this was done without telling me when I called to notify of the late check-in, let alone asking if I agreed. - The sheets were coming directly from the laundry. I could believe it if they had been humid and remained in the laundry for days. - The matters was new. If so, it's of an incredibly low quality. In short, a very bad experience. We stayed there to rest in between a trip and it was very disappointing.

Cute little place!
Rosa is amazing! So was the local pet Alfredo. I didnt see Marco much, but there was some tension regarding use of common areas, like kitchens. The prices seemed arbitrary, I was given any room available when I arrived (different from reservation), and I met a couple with a much nicer room than me, who paid 10 dollars less, using a different website to book. There are no provided no toiletries. use of kitchen is an extra charge. Bathroom may or may not be ensuite. Aside from small hiccups, I loved the stay and the people I met there. It is immaculately clean, and Rosa is the star of the show. The pool is nice and clean. Great garden. No multi-lingual staff, but I used google translate and it was fine.

Amazing place. Quite and nice.
We really liked the place but the beds were terrible. We couldnt fall asleep. Had such back pain afterwards. Quite area and great pool but nit it the center.

Located in a safe/quiet area but a bit of a walk to the store/restaurant. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Check in was made complicated by the fact that they stated they did not get our email with arrival details. We needed to wait in the driveway while the staff came to let us in. The next door neighbours were very helpful and friendly, they would be a good addition to the staff. Room was fairly clean, and reminded us of a hostel.

DVC nice stay
Marco was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great (though we didn't know it was a gated community when we entered so got a little thrown off entering with our rental car which was totally fine). Check out was early, maybe my only qualm. But overall lovely.

Marco, the manager, was on top of every detail. The room was excellent with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and the bathroom was beautiful.

Clean hotel great location
The attention was great, the room was clean and the facility was comfortable, bathroom was clean and nice, we didn't stay much in the room but it was great, very nice location within walking distance of the 5a Avenida in Playa, the host was wonderful and great to talk to.

Lamento mucho escuchar que tu experiencia no fue lo que esperabas en Dolce Vita Caribe, aun que solo te hospedaste de 8 pm a 8 am (12 horas). Entiendo que estás frustrado por la situación que viviste al llegar al lugar. Sin embargo, me gustaría aclarar algunos puntos.En la descripción de Dolce Vita Caribe en la página de Expedia, se indica claramente que es un guesthouse, lo que implica que es una casa dividida en habitaciones para alojamiento. Además, es importante revisar la información proporcionada antes de la llegada para comprender plenamente lo que se está reservando.En cuanto a la espera de 40 minutos para el acceso, parece que hubo una falta de comunicación en relación con tu hora de llegada. Los alojamientos generalmente requieren saber cuándo los huéspedes llegarán para poder estar preparados para recibirlos. Si no proporcionaste esta información o si hubo problemas con el número de teléfono proporcionado, eso podría haber contribuido a la demora.Entiendo que las circunstancias pueden ser frustrantes, pero es crucial mantener líneas de comunicación abiertas con los anfitriones para evitar malentendidos y situaciones incómodas. Me gusto la ubicación y la alberca, pero hay que dejar el cuarto a las 10am y no da tiempo de disfrutarla. Seleccioné este lugar porque ofrecía desayuno y me dijeron que mi reserva no lo incluía, así que no me dieron este servicio. No hay suficiente voltaje en ninguno de los enchufes para que los celulares carguen. Al final solo dormimos, nos fuimos sin desayunar y sin carga en los celulares. Decepcionante!!!

EStimados senor le pedimos checar bien el detalle de su reserva.. Esta se realizo sin desayuno asi que nadie los dejo sin servicio, solo el servicio no se solicitò al hacer la reserva ademas de no haberlo pagado. Ademas en la pagina viene muy bien detallado sobre la hora de salida. Este del voltaje realmente es el invento del año .... !!!!!!!

Chambre dans une résidence sécurisée, près des commerces et de la plage. Tout se fait à pieds. Donc super! Jardin bien entretenu et belle piscine Chambre simple mais avec un réfrigérateur et une belle vue sur le jardin et la piscine Petit déjeuner en supplément copieux mais servi dans une pièce jolie mais non climatisée et les produits sont sortis trop tôt du réfrigérateur et manquent de fraîcheur.

La habitación fue relativamente buena, no tiene algunos servicios como plancha y burro de planchar, la cama es incómoda, la sala no tenía el aire acondicionado disponible y el desayuno muy ligero. Sin embargo, la ubicación es buena y en un lugar privado y seguro, además de contar con una alberca agradable.

Excelente servicio y sobretodo un buen lugar. céntrico y sobretodo la seguridad que hay dentro del fraccionamiento. esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo en ese lugar y lo volveria hacer. Lo unico malo es que no esta incluido el desayuno y no puede uno hacer uso de la cocina. Pero en terminos generales todo bien.
