we recently stayed here, loved the room and balcony, the pool was a bit chilly but manageable, the staff were polite and efficient and a great location, short walk to the beach and the tram stop is 5 mins away

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel cherished and appreciated. Although we arrived over two hours before book in time we were immediately allowed to book in. Really liked this hotel, location across the road from the beach, decor, facilities, good pool, cafe, restaurant and really excellent food. We were full board and the menu of the day provided choice and taste. Formal restaurant, but casual atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff. We preferred Tapas for lunch, again very tasty,...

We had a very enjoyable stay very friendly staff , clean and convenient for buses and trams . Beach , restaurants and shops few minutes walk away. Lovely beach , if you like Pizza n Italian food go to Pepe on the front very good food.A cheap place to eat next to Mac Donalds good food.

No problems with my stay. Hotel and staff excellent. Nice breakfast cooked and continental.

We parked on the street nearby. Super friendly and professional staff. Large rooms - great bathrooms. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful hotel, very clean & nice for a relaxing break. Food also very good & staff very friendly & helpful.

I took a travel kettle. The is nothing for hot drinks in room. At breakfast I took a sachet of coffee for the room. It’s worth taking a cup also or some plastic beakers. We brought a 5l water from shop as fridge in room. Breakfast and diner buffets are great. We stayed a week.

My husband and I arrived early for check in to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception. Although our room was not quite ready we only had a 25 minute wait. We booked a sea view room with balcony which was located on the 3rd floor. Our room was quiet small but more than big enough for 2 people. But the Balcony view was absolutely amazing. The room was lovely with neutral coloured furniture and was very clean. There was a fridge with drinks which could be purchased at a reasonable...

Not much to criticise really. Pool could have been bigger so you could swim in it. Maybe a gym too. Staff are great. High end appliances in the apartments. Our "partial" sea view was pretty amazing. Sea one direction, mountains the other. Spacious too. Tram stop to Benidorm / Alicante about half a mile away.

Excellent hotel, cleanliness and comfort of room was 5 star. Hotel staff extremely helpfull with great guidance on local attractions. The only negative thing was the high price of parking at the hotel car park!! We were on a self drive tour of Spain and had a hire car hence the need for parking.

Lovely staff very central clean room comfy bed great shower. Good breakfast. Free sweets and iced water. What’s not to like

Reception staff were great and rooftop bar a must. Best views at back looki g over town and castle. Very central within 400metres of bus stop to airport

We used this hotel as a base from which to research buying a property. Car parking is good, can be crowded at weekend by locals visiting the beach. We used the tram to go to the town centre and a bus to go to the big outdoor market. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, helping us to speak some Spanish. Whilst we were there, there was some renovating work going on which started early but it has to be done sometime. All in all, a very good week was spent there, enjoyed the warm weather.

Hotel was beautiful, room clean and very comfortable, staff were great. Everything close by. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Great stay would come again and definitely recommend

Ideal place for us. Near Alicante airport to catch flight next morning. Restaurant is good. The room is clean and spacious. Staff very helpful even helped with luggage and booked a taxi for us to airport. One thing to mention tge air conditioning was not great in our room

This is the perfect hotel if you would like a few days to totally relax in beautiful surroundings. It was extremely hot during our stay , but as the hotel is surrounded by palm trees you can always sit in dappled shad and dip in and out of the pool . Our room was very comfortable and cool . the breakfast buffet was great and had very type of breakfast you could wish for . We also had an excellent meal in the restaurant . I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning when I can .
