"We loved our stay at Ona Palmira Paguera! The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. Flavia suggested some great restaurants for us to go to. The hotel is beautiful with 2 pools and lots of amenities. The breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and staffed. The food was delicious. Our room was a bit dated, I think we may have been in an older building, but it was still nice. The A/C wasn't working great, but we managed. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. It was a wonderful place to stay for our quick holiday and we will be back again someday! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were only here for 4 nights as we wanted a very relaxing short break and that is exactly what we got. The room was really nice with a nice little balcony to relax. The only downside was it didn't have an iron. I'm not sure if one was available at reception, we managed without one so didn't need to ask. We stayed for breakfast and it was to a very good standard every morning with a great selection of options for all. The main pool was really nice with some nice shaded parts. We preferred the rooftop pool area, just because it had a nicer breeze during the peak heat hours. The bar wasn't often staffed but you could use the phone there to call for staff to attend. The position of the hotel is great as it's just a short walk to the main strip of shops and bars and the beaches. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. If you want a calm and peaceful stay then this is definitely one to consider."
