"The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening buffet were both excellent value. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Parking across the road was free, in a public car park. The facilities were clean and gave a wow factor. Excellent value hotel, would definitely stay again! "

"I stayed in this hotel with two of my friends (three of us in total). When we arrived to check in the staff were very friendly, approachable and could speak good english. They explained very clearly everthing we needed to know about the hotel. By the recepetion desk were we checked in was a small shop which was good for buying snacks and water. The lift there felt a bit shaky when using it and it took ages to get to our floor and so for most of the time we opted to use the stairs to get to our room. Within the room the bedrooms were a good size for what we payed for and it had two beds side by side, air conditioning, and an open wardrobe that had 4 hangers. The matresses for the beds were fairly comfortable. In the living room was a small sofa that had a pull-out sofa bed and again that mattress was fairly comfortable but not as comfortable as the bed matresses. The kitchen had cups,mugs, plates, knifes, forks, small and large spoons, a bread knife, a small frying pan, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a large pot, a pan, two spatulas and two hobs. I would say that the kitcken is best used for making simple meals but i would not use it to make anything complicated. The room also came with a balcony that gave you a good view of Santa Ponca and it came with two chairs and a table. In the room was air conditioning was in the bedroom and the living room which was very good at keeping you warm during the day but at night it can get very warm. Overall good value for money"

"Staff as incredible, so friendly and accommodating, they are really the star of the show at this resort. The hotel itself is very clean, and the views are stunning. Couple things to note though - if you do not book a prestige room you do not have access to half of the outdoor area including the nicest pools. The restaurant is buffet style and it is delicious. 45 euro per person per night, not included by default with you room. I guess the photos online make it a bit deceiving because you expect to be able to use all amenities when booking at a resort, its not until you are checking in that they tell you that some things are off limits unless you upgrade. "

"The hotel room was clean but very dated. Amenities including tv, toilet facilities and fridge, all needed updated or repaired. The staff at the hotel were fabulous "

"Spacious but very basic. The buildings are all tired and need a refurb. We stayed in block 3 which was by the road and it’s noisy. You can hear traffic from the bedroom even with the AC on. There’s no lift either. Lacked essentials like a kettle, condiments ie salt pepper etc. did get a kettle off housekeeping eventually after asking. Theres a safe in the room but its an extra €4 per day to rent it. Only one spare pillow in cupboard. Got another from reception but no cover. The duvet didn’t have a cover either, you had to use the sheet on the bed which didn’t fit it right. Balcony walls grotty. Kids at pool were annoying; noisy throwing a ball about, splashing guests etc and left unsupervised - I’m sure they were the maintenance/ground staff’s kids as they knew them well and spoke same language (not Spanish more like Moroccan Arabic or something). All for kids playing etc but this was OTT and you couldn’t relax. Location was good and reception staff were friendly and upbeat. Overall it wasn’t worth the money paid, and it meant our hols started on a downer. I’d do more research and stay somewhere else nearby as the area is sound and on the quieter side of the bay. "
