very lovely friendly staff , the place is in an amazing location everything you need and want is within 2 minutes walk around it , great view from the balkony and nice comfortable terrasse, breakfast is delicious and big choice of food, will definitely come back here

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. We wanted advice on what to do and they all had great advice, Kamran helped with taxi's, I needed a hoover for my vacuum packed bags (easyjet carryon bag haha) and the cleaner left it in my room, and I left my watch behind and Ciara kindly took it to the post office. It couldn't have been cleaner, beds made daily and new towels every other day. The breakfast was a huge selection and really delicious. The location is so close to the beach, and we felt very safe. Don't hesitate to book!! And thank you so much.

The pictures are very misleading for this hotel. All the seafront pictures with tables are from restaurants on the beach front and not hotel facilities. We booked on the same day as arrival and realised immediately that the hotel was a missell and they were not accommodating with a cancellation for any of the days and stuck to their policy. Also there is no pool as labelled in the pictures. A staff member on site was very helpful and tried to turn the situation around by helping with recommendations and restaurants to eat at, which we appreciated. Our final night we decided to book into another hotel. Expedia was helpful during the process with attempting to try resolve the situation.

This hotel is perfectly located. While it doesn’t have many amenities, its location right by the ocean is unbeatable. There is convenient municipal parking nearby, and plenty of shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff, especially Eugenio. He is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and kind people I have ever met at a hotel. He gave me unique recommendations that allowed me to explore the island beyond the typical tourist spots, and they made my trip so much more memorable. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He is a true gem—professional, welcoming, and an incredible asset to the hotel. Thank you, Eugenio, for making my stay so special!

The hotel and the staff were perfect, the rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were changed during a 3 night stay. The breakfast was 10/10. You couldn’t really ask for more. The only personal downside was there was no pool but the beach is literally on the door step

Positiv hervorzuheben sind das sehr gute Frühstück, die tolle Lage und das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch die Möglichkeit, Strandtücher für 5 € auszuleihen, war praktisch. Sonnenschirme konnten kostenlos ausgeliehen werden. Leider war unser Aufenthalt vor allem aufgrund der Sauberkeit enttäuschend. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht einmal gewischt. Auf dem Fernseher und anderen Gegenständen lag ein deutlich sichtbarer, dicker Staubfilm. Auch unter dem Bett war eine dicke Staubschicht. Der Balkon wurde ebenfalls kein einziges Mal gereinigt – auf den Stühlen und dem Boden befand sich Vogelkot. Zudem wurde das Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt. Das Badezimmer war extrem klein (So etwas sollte in der Beschreibung stehen). Ein normales Umdrehen oder bequemes Stehen war kaum möglich. Wir sind beide normalgewichtig und auch nicht besonders groß, daher empfanden wir die Größe als wirklich unangemessen. Insgesamt hat das Hotel also durchaus Pluspunkte, insbesondere bei Lage, Frühstück und Personal. Die mangelnde Reinigung und der Zustand des Zimmers haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch deutlich beeinträchtigt. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf.

Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer ausreichend, modern und sauber. Vom Leben auf dem Boulevard ist bei geschlossenem Fenster und angenehm leiser, laufender Klimaanlage nichts zu hören . Frühstück ausreichend und täglich variiert. Ich würde wieder hinfahren!

Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war sehr gut. Zimmer sind modern gestaltet. Leider sind die Betten sehr hart und ungemütlich. Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig auf den Zimmern.
