Ona Palmira Paguera
The place is very pleasant with good outdoor spaces, the staff are very kind and friendly. The only thing that wasn't very pleasant was the cleanliness of the areas, such as the building corridors, and the room had a dirty pillowcase. But otherwise it was perfect.

The breakfast was amazing and the hotel and amenities lovely. It was really easy to get to Palma by either bus or cab. We checked out early and put the bags in the store room as we had a late flight and thought it would help, so that they could turn the room around comfortably for the next guests. ...

Aside from the stairs, I’d rate this stay as just about excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony with a great sea view.
