"Aeolos Apartments is a great place to stay in Kolumbary. The hosts are polite, supportive, and welcoming, and my apartment was lovely – overlooking the coastline and catching a great breeze thanks to its elevation. My only concern was the shower: a tiny ~90cm x 90cm (3ft x 3ft) square tucked in the corner of the bathroom, just a curtain, and a handheld showerhead you have to hold the whole time. It made showering genuinely frustrating and not very pleasant. Lesson learned – I'll pay closer...

It was in the restaurant, at the beach and pool area, we couldn’t even find relief on our balcony, as our neighbor was a constant...

"Had a fantastic stay there! Would absolutely return. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was top notch and the buffet was quality eith different theme nights and never the same. Lots of kids options too! I was so impressed with the options. We were eating lamb chops and swordfish, which I would not expect on an all inclusive buffet. The room was fantastic and really spacious....more like a suite. The beds were a bit hard though and the bath didn't work properly but was grateful to have a bath tub. The only downside was the kids club was not much fun and there was only one night of entertainment so the only real fun stuff for my toddler was the kids pool, which ahe loved and was fantastic. Everything was very clean and overall well maintained."

"The hotel is isolated close to the Samaria gorge’s trail departure. It’s perfect if you plan to visit the gorge. The hotel is a little outdated but it offers everything you need for your stay and is very affordable. The plus is the team. All of them are super nice and they make your stay unforgettable. I recommend everyone to get there just to enjoy being treated nicely in a very natural way."

"It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach. A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room. The location is also very convenient—just a short taxi or bus ride from Platania, with many restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!"
