"Kitchen was clean. However 3rd floor was under construction . It would be nice if this info was made available before choosing this property. Rooms are dated and elevator seemed to make a loud noise when you hit the ground floor. Sounded like it was not working properly. Staff was friendly but when checking in I asked the gentleman who appeared to be new to enter my Hilton Honors Points. He forgot too busy mentioning how the system to check in has changed."

"We were upgraded to a Executive King Suite which was over the top. Rooms here are not cheap but understand one is in a facility which has everything and is part of the Casino, We attended a great concert in Event Center which is part of the complex. Never had to leave once we checked in. Very top shelf enjoyment!"

"Conveniently located, very clean and organized. We used the gym while we were there and everything was clean and in working condition. Breakfast was great and had a variety. Staff were very friendly and seemed organized and efficient when working. Would absolutely stay again."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. There was glass shards, what looked like a tampon wrapper and dirt on the floor of the bathroom, the shower had hair in the shelves, there was a container of Vaseline on the floor along with mounds of dirt, the heater had what looked like mold on the blower, and it smelled like dingy moldy mildew. I couldn’t breathe in the room. I didn’t even stay for an hour, and the next morning my nose was bleeding. The absolute worst hotel I have ever seen or smelled (tasted) what a complete disaster. "

"Easy check in and very close to the hospital. We had a short stay not even a full night but it gave us peace of mind to have a quiet space to rest. Lobby was bright and they had fruit water for free. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Check out was simple, drop the key in box. We’d definitely stay again!"

"The staff were awesome! Offered to take my father to the airport if he needed a ride and he wasn't even scheduled to be at work that early in the morning. What a guy!"
