"My partner and I had a wonderful stay. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Nadia. The location was perfect, just a short walk from almost everything. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Karmela. The staff, including Fatima Ezzarha, both our drivers, everyone working at breakfast and generally around the hotel were so kind and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and support with delayed baggage and our very curious young son. Fatima Ezzarha, who had her hands full multi-tasking the entire time we were there, was so calm and helpful - she made us feel like we were the only and most important guests in the hotel. We've stayed at many riads in Marrakech and the breakfast is stunning and absolutely unrivaled. We will definitely be back! "
