"There was no beach view It was a side window with the ocean in the distance. Walls and doors paper thin and you heard everyone else coming up the stairs and talking. Prepare yourself for no sleep. Enjoyed isle of wight but won't return to the this accomodation. "

"Fabulous room with all those little details missed by so many hotels and guest houses, all present. Fabulous breakfast with quality ingredients from local butchers and bakers cooked to perfection. Lovely couple that ran it too. If I had to find one complaint it would be that we couldn’t stay there any longer. This is a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend."

"The hotel was lovely, and Linda & Des were VERY welcoming and accommodating. They have a little “shop” where you can buy toiletries, wine, drinks, crisps, snacks etc which was very convenient. The breakfasts were AMAAAAZING - lots of options! The only down side was the water was not hot and the water pressure in the shower was low."

"We had a ground floor flat, parking was easy, dogs were accepted, and the flat was fully equipt if you wanted to self cater. There was a little bit of outside space which was enclosed and good for the dog. There were places to eat a short walk away, and a footpath to the beach"
