We asked if there would be coffee and the staff member acted as though it was a issue for him. They also were not friendly when we checked in and put. The staff members we thought were friendly and nice was the lady who did breakfast and the janitor."

"This was a great experience. I need to decompress and the staff who checked me in asked the reason for my stay and did I have a particular floor I was looking to stay on. I stayed on the 8th floor. It was quiet, clean and extremely peaceful."
