"The doors make a lot of noise when they shut, so that might be a problem for some. Had to park across the street in the ramp, I think it was $16/day, so not bad. Has a washer and dryer for laundry, only takes quarters. There's a water fountain by the bathrooms. Very high ceilings, which is a nice feature. Very quiet (besides the doors). Breakfast was great; nice open seating area. Not many exciting options for restaurants nearby. But, the The Lost Fox has an amazing burger and is a fun place to eat. There's also a nice, little restaurant in Union Depot. Overall, great place to stay. A bit of a pain in the ass getting your luggage back and forth from the parking ramp. But, I think most people would enjoy staying here."

"Staff was amazing. Recognized husband’s birthday and had just checked in a ton of people before us. Treated us so well. Quiet, spacious rooms. Skyway access was great for getting to downtown fun spots."

"Great, except for the restaurant server that on Christmas Day was very rude. Don’t even come check on us even tell us anything about the buffet. He was just very rude didn’t even tell me where to pay and then gets mad at me because I was at the front desk and somebody else had to grab him"
