"The actual outside definitely could use a face lift. The rooms are clean and well stocked. However the upgrades were clearly over the top of previous damage. The parking lot had a strong odor of marijuana. When informing the front desk only to be told there wasn't anything they could do. Just shows lack of professionalism and customer service. The restaurant attached to the hotel is absolutely amazing. Dinner with live music and breakfast was delicious. Steve and Lisa are the most humble people. "

" Stayed at Pensacola Beach Resort with a family of two adults and two teen daughters and it was very disappointed. While the hotel looked clean and the lobby was nice, seating was limited. They have a sitting area outside but the wind brought the guests to come inside the lobby. This is definitely not a family-friendly place. The pool was small, overcrowded, and full of loud adults drinking. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our daughters stay in the pool. Room cleanliness was also an issue. The shower had mold, and housekeeping barely cleaned. One bed was half-made, the other wasn’t touched, and no toiletries were restocked. I even had to go to the lobby for toilet paper. Beds very uncomfortable that we ended up with back pain. Overall, not a good experience and we won’t be returning. "

"Comfortable beds, bathroom was very small! Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Great onsite restaurant and Starbucks coffee."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. The exterior of the property was dirty, with the balconies and walkways littered with dirt/leaves/ and cigarette butts. It was EXTREMELY difficult to get in and out of this property per its close location to an interstate exit ramp. I would not stay here again, even tho the price was half what the hotel across the street was, because of this. I was refused to check in 20 minutes before 3pm check in time even though it was obvious they were only about 20% booked. And getting out to yo anywhere else wasn’t going to happen. I’ve never been denied an early check in when a room was already ready. Do yourself a favor, and if you can afford it, stay across the street."

"The hotel was really nice and it’s on the beach. They have a big breakfast. They offer a gym and have a laundry room as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay."
