"Staff were great and very friendly. The taxi’s that arrived at the hotel charged fairly. I can’t say that for all taxi’s in Goa. There is currently no uber. So get haggling and never accept the first price (for taxis around Goa). The food was ok there. Pool was great for my 3 year old. The only complaint I had was that the staff were not able to get the digital key/lock to our room to work. Which was disappointing as I really wanted to use my phone to gain access to our room. Being a partner of Hilton. You would expect them to be able to get this to work. As disappointing as this was. It was a nice stay overall and we really appreciated the hotel."

The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the modern amenities you’d expect. I especially appreciated the balcony views, which added a refreshing touch to my mornings. The staff deserves special mention—they were consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to help with any request. Their hospitality made a noticeable difference and added a personal touch to the overall experience. The food was another highlight. The breakfast spread was extensive, catering to a variety of tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful.
