"> We had an amazing experience at the Confederation Hotel in Saskatoon! The customer service was excellent. The staff were respectful, polite, courteous, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The continental breakfast was great, and the restaurant food was amazing — we had an amazing breakfast. There was one waitress working, and she was amazing and very accommodating. Super awesome people, and everything was clean — it smelled clean and looked clean. We will definitely stay there again under the new owners. Excellent!"

"We enjoy staying here so booked again. This time smoke alarm went off three or four times around 4am. There were sports team staying and people were up and down the hall well past 11. We had to be up as we were working so was not good. Saturday morning waited almost an hour for breakfast as there was not enough staff to accommodate all the teams trying to get breakfast all at the same time. We ended up leaving before we even got our food as we had to go to work. They need to be better prepared when they know big groups are coming in."
