"The hotel is in a pleasant, predominantly 'locals' neighborhood with good eating options and markets. Walking distance to the end of the BKK airport skyway train line making it easy and inexpensive for a Bangkok layover. Quiet, safe and comfortable. "

Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok
10/10 Excellent
"It was well kept and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. "
"This hotel is older. I first stayed there in 2002 and chose to return as it is familiar, near to BST station and with lots of nearby convenience shops. The room was large and clean, the beds comfy and good aircon. There was a mix up with booking for breakfast being only for one person yet the room for 2 persons but this was rectified. It feels safe here and the staff although busy are friendly."
"My stay during 5 nights was excellent except slow in room service due to 2 towers in the hotel ( apartment & hotels room) and the serve from other tower "
"The hotel location is superb and staffs are very helpful. Room spacious, clean, aircon good. The staffs are well trained, very friendly & guests oriented. Housekeeping lady, i call her Happy, wears a hairclip on her fringe, very cheery & address to all my request promptly. The service staff, name Sunday, very hardworking & heat up the milk for us when we complained cold. These are the staffs who make our experience in the stay very joyful. Im making my next booking in Hotel Tranz again now, immediately after i checked out."
"Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed—truly felt like royalty. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond. Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety, and the restaurant food was consistently outstanding.
The facilities were top-tier, especially the two stunning infinity pools. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with high-end bathroom products that added a luxury touch. An unforgettable experience from start to finish and we can’t wait to come back again. "
