Place is dated . With exception of Nancy at reception and a few staff here and there , the majority of staff seem to have a attitude. And the famous Thailand hospitality is not only missing but some were downright rude. As if they are doing you a favor. For the price you can stay at much better place. Location is good .

Design is nice but building and condition is old. Wooden decking rotted and loose on stairs etc. Kids pool had a nail sticking out of the tiles under water that got me, problem is I told the desk and no one came to fix it the 4 days we were there. Worse part was the service, took over an hr to check in, total lack of customer service from all employees. Breakfast was good and room was nice.

Not the newest but perfect location near all Patong beach attractions, but quiet with views and cooling breezes. Food was great, especially breakfast, family room ideal for up to 4.

The property definitely requires some updating. Our Pool access room had a consistent stench. Not sure what it was, but as you walk in the door area smell like sewage every day. Upon arrival the bed sheets had stains, I had to request the next morning to have all sheets replaced. There were times when there were not adequate towels and had to request toilet tissue which was replaced by housekeeping with Kleenex. The pool associated with our room was dirty and was not cleaned the week we were there. Breakfast was great and there is a decent gym with a sauna which was a plus. Room service was good, and we enjoyed the food. Airport transport is not free.
