Poor client care
Our comments reflect the fact that we were caught up in the Corona virus lock down. I would however point out that it was decided mid way through our stay to close the restaurant and bar (clearly due to poor numbers). We could use another hotel restaurant where the shuttle bus would take us if wanted! We ended up going to the Minimart and having salad bowels and ready meals. The pool and gym were also inaccessible though we could sit around the pool area.
Our disappointment extends to the fact that in view of the difficult situation and worries we were faced with and the lack of amenities offered, the hotel did NOT offer any future discount or incentive to compensate for the lack of services provided.
The staff were very friendly during our stay and the fault lies with Managements lack of thought for us as their clients and the problems we were experiencing.
They were spring cleaning the hotel around us as though we were not there.
A token gesture such as free transfer to the airport (where we were unsure if flight would leave) would have been a kindly thought but no. They charged us the 770 bhat when they are 20 mins from the airport. Customer service was lacking by the decision makers on this site!! Profit over client!
