If I were to return to Phulet, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast menu was always fresh daily, and the pools were relaxing. The rooms were the perfect size, and the beds were relaxing. The location was perfect.

Cockroach in the room - the dinner food is not great at all considering how much you pay for it- the breakfast is worth it - Liam at dinner is wonderful host - and all the staff at the front desk and the room service was great - the elevator needs a air conditioning unit as it’s a safety hazard if you ever got stuck in there. Overall great location and great breakfast.

Lacking an evening bar facilities and breakfast facilities. Needs some TLC in area’s and needs noise proofing as walls are paper thin and can hear every conversation from neighbouring rooms etc.
