"We spent four nights at the resort and we loved it. The resort arranged an airport pickup for us so no stress getting to the resort. Pink at reception welcomed us and was brilliant,friendly and happy to chat and help.Our room overlooked the pool area and was clean spacious and relaxing. "The hotel is great. Sea view, with a beautiful garden path to the beach. The included breakfast is large with lots of selections and delicious, best one I have had in a while. The units are great with lots of space. The beach is a little eroded, but still great. What's nice is the resort is close to the main city Phu Quoc."

"Outstanding 9 nights at this well positioned hotel. Room was in great condition, always perfectly made up each day. Good size, clean swimming pool with sun loungers. Wonderful beach setting with plenty of sun loungers which offered good shade or plenty of sun. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet. Terrific staff who were an absolute credit to the hotel. They simply couldn’t be more helpful, smiling and desiring to provide the best for you"

"The villa is clean and tidy. No insects inside the house and i appreciated that! Facilities in the villa are in good condition such as the air conditioner is super cold! There was a short period of time that there was not hot water supply for the bedroom downstairs and the pool’s light broke down but the hotel staff fixed it within hours. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, really helped us a lot especially the buggy car service! Hotel breakfast was extremely good! Lots of bread choices...

"Staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. Although can't speak much English, they will try to assist and help their guests. Nice place to stay but a bit of walking distance to the main road. Along the way, there's some restaurants that serve Asian and western food. There's one that I hv been eating there a few times with my children as price reasonable, lots of varieties, fast serving but always full house. Servers are friendly but need to wait if u want to eat there. Only setback is...
