Excellent hotel with brilliant staff! Massive pool and private beach with towels provided. Staff always on hand if you need any refreshments and more than happy to help. Great rooms, large, well decorated and complete with all necessary amenities. Restaurants were a little pricey at the hotel so ventured into town for dinner which was excellent - Crab House a must for any seafood lovers. Loved our stay and would love to come back!

We had such a brilliant time in Phu Quoc and loved this hotel so much. Staff were so kind and attentive. The pool and beach were lovely. Everything is easily walkable to from the hotel. Highly recommend.

A lovely Hotel -- well worth it's 5 star rating . Right on the beach and excellent standards with very attentive staff. The price one pays for this Hotel ,however, should mean that Breakfast should be included in the price--- it is an insult to have to pay extra ( at $20 per person).Local diners got our custom.

Peaceful location, bungalow accommodation laid out in gardens blending nicely with nature. Well-kept beach, lovely pool, good restaurants, fantastic breakfast buffet. If I had to be picky the serve yourself coffee at breakfast was never hot enough and the cups were too small but we got round it getting the waiting staff to make Americanos from their machine behind the bar.

This place is absolute gem . Location seems remote but it’s easy walk to restaurants and beach plus Kingo will supply free bikes and golf buggy . The staff cannot do enough for you and included a free shuttle to our next hotel .

I loved my stay at Cassia Cottage. They upgraded me upon my arrival which was a very kind gesture. It is as good as the pictures suggest. Staff were very helpful, the accommodation and facilities were clean and to a high standard. I wanted to unwind and relax during my time on Phu Quoc. Cassia Cottage was the perfect place to do this. If I ever return to Phu Quoc, this is where I'll stay.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is new, luxurious interior and really comfortable for staying. The apartment had everything you need to cook, washing machines and dryers for free. The near to restaurants, coffee shop, supermarket. Free buggy to beach, staffs support us very well, helpful and very nice. Highly Recommend!

Lovely setting, spacious room and great pool within walking distance of the beach and lots of restaurants.

Lovely new property. Rooms are clean and airy. The property and grounds are absolutely wonderful and blend in with nature. The infinity pool at the top of the hill is the piece-de-resistance. Absolutely fabulous views. Property is a 6-8 minute walk from Sunset Bar on the beach and quite centrally located. There is no room service at the property, just a single restaurant that is open all day. The rooms are breakfast inclusive and there is a lovely breakfast spread daily. The restaurant is...
