"The staff are exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. What impressed me most was that they often offered assistance before I even had to ask. The complimentary laundry service was a wonderful bonus as well. If you're traveling to or doing business in District 7, this is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to shampoo, massage, and spa services. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again."

Such welcoming staff. We had a huge panic with misplaced passports when we arrived and the staff at the hotel were so helpful and understanding and genuinally concerned I will never forget that. The rooms were so homely and nice. They booked some excursions for us and made our stay so welcoming. On our first morning the hotel owner told us where to go and what to do and gave us a map which is something he does with all guests it was so helpful for us as we had no idea where to go. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Firstly, the hotel facilities are great. It’s modern, comfortable and clean all while in a great location. The rooftop area is cool to hang out in with nice views of the city and a good sized pool. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are all so incredibly friendly and can’t do enough for you. Big shout out to Wook who worked in the rooftop bar and Otis in reception - they were always so happy and willing to help out in terms of...
