Fair price, and in a good location. Rooms are clean and simple. No iron or ironing board which is an inconvenience. They need to be signed out at the reception desk. Also, only one small bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo.

Do not stay here if you think it will be a full service hotel. It is NOT. Property was clean, but provided no products/services most other hotels provide. No shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathroom. No hair dryer in room (have to take one on loan from front desk). No linen service unless you pay extra (so no clean towels or bedding entire week). Kitchenette is great, but hotel provides no cups/plates/silverware/cookware unless you provide yourself or buy from front desk. Rooms are not soundproof in the least, and there were people banging doors all hours of the night. If you are expecting a full service hotel do not stay here.

Susan than you for your review. Woodspring Suites is an extended stay hotel catering to longer term guests. We have found that our longer term guests prefer to bring there own toiletries, hair dryers etc. with them. Because of this we offer complimentary soap and shampoo for the first night. If additional is needed we gladly provide them by request at the front desk. We provide housekeeping service once every 14 days. Linen exchange is offered for a fee. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay

NO blow dryer, Ice or warm bedding available
Our room didn’t provide soap or shampoo at first and we had to ask the cleaning crew for items the next day because the lobby didn’t have anyone bring anything up to our room…no blow dryer was received or available and the hotel’s beds and bedding are very thin and not comfortable. The area is a good area and the hotel is newer, but when no one is available to assist you with the basics it’s frustrating…NO ICE available either (probably the liability of keeping a machine clean and to code stopped them from providing it?). Not a good experience for us.

Hi JeannetteI am sorry to learn that your experience didn't meet your expectations. As an extended stay facility we typically provide a courtesy bar of soap and shampoo. This allows our guest time to purchase their or bring there own personal hygiene items. Hair dryers are not provide in the rooms but are available for lending at the front desk. Staff is available 24hours a day by calling the attendant at 500 as outlined in our welcome letter, and at checkin. As our properties our staff assist with other duties that can take them away from the front desk.

Unit was clean apparently just remodeled and was well done. There seems to be someone staying above that made a ot of noise and I think. Seems as though unit noise is easily heard in other units. Dog friendly. Good location.

Quick trip
We decided to go to Chandler kind of last minute. Finding a hotel can be stressful. I came across the Woodsprings Suites and decided to give it a try. The rooms are spacious with a very nice small kitchen. It was great having a full size fridge and microwave. They are pet friendly, so taking our 2 small dogs was no issue. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was close to everything. I was put in a handicapped room with a bed on the floor. There was a fight at 4:30 am and police at the location the night before

The reservation sent to us was for a Handicap Accessible Room with Roll-in Shower. New ADA laws require that the beds be low to the floor. We are sorry you were disturbed by the actions of our other guests.

came to town for business. Extremely surprised at how many dogs were allowed to stay at this hotel. We heard barking all night long. Also seems like people are living at this hotel. So surprised considering the neighbhood and surrounding area is so nice. Seems like an upgraded motel 6.

This hotel was very clean and new. The beds were a little weird because they were so low to the ground. That could have been because it was a handicap room. Also the toilet paper was very low. There wasn’t an ice machine. You can hear people stomping upstairs so ask for the top level. Tried to check in early to use the restroom in our room and they said no and then they didn’t even have a restroom to use in the lobby. Never seen a hotel without a restroom But a plus is they did allow dogs.

The front desk clerk was very rude. I got the vibe she did not care for her job or maybe was just annoyed that I said “checking in”. When I walked in I rang the bell, as it states to do so when no one’s at the front. She must have rolled her eyes on every question or inquiry I had. She painfully went over the guidelines for my stay and with the least amount of energy and enthusiasm she said “enjoy your stay”. The room was ok, it was just one night, there was clumps of hair in the corners of the bathroom. The remote to the tv was not working. I went to ask the front desk, hoping there was shift change in clerk, no luck. It was the same girl. I asked her if she had batteries and with a deep sigh, more like a loud “ughhh” she puts her hand out and tilts her head away from me. The batteries were in the drawer directly in front of her but you’d of thought they were at the top of the building she had to scale to get. Other than that it was fine. Bed was comfortable, slept great.

room was reserved and paid in full online prior to arrival. at check-in, the clerk needed additional money for " incidental charges".. when asked what incidentals, she couldn't say, other than things like extra cleaning and extra towels. Is this a refundable deposit??.. no, not refunded. Is the room already clean?.. why should i pay for extra cleaning?...room is already clean, you don't GET any extra cleaning, just pay for it. Are there already towels? Yes, you dont GET any extra towels, just pay for them. And that's their scam... its late, you're already paid for the room, it's a small amount, you have no choice but to accept their scam. OK, put it on the card i paid with...no, we didnt keep that info... OK, heres the cash...no, we dont take cash. so now i have to pay with another card. Well, i paid for extra cleaning, so there is a possibility that a few discreet DNA deposits were made that will require extra cleaning and perhaps extra towels. Get rid of your scam and just be honest about the charges up front.

I apologize that we did not meet your expectations with your stay. For clarification we do not charge for soap, towels, plastic cups. The 2.00 Linen charge is for you to be able to exchange your linen at the front desk as often as you like. I am sorry if this was not explained properly at check-in. Also our property does not accept cash and this is noted in both your welcome letter and on the hotels.com booking site.

It is a very basic hotel. Yes, It was convenient and clean, but not a lot of comfort conveniences you might expect, especially at the price point. One thing , I didn't appreciate, upon check-in, the front desk person made copies of our drivers license, and when questioned, he said it was required. I understand checking our identity to make sure we are who we say we are, but with so much identity theft, I worry about where that information may land. If we could have canceled without incurring cost, and the fact it was late in the evening when we checked in, we felt stuck. It left a very uneasy feeling.

Very clean but lacking coffee maker
The hotel was very well kept, clean and beds were comfortable. The only things I can think of that would have made it a better stay were the fact that there was no coffee maker in my room. They only had coffee in the lobby so I had to go there early before getting coffee and I would much rather have coffee in my room while getting ready. I also had to go to the front desk to get a hairdryer and glad I caught the fact that there wasn't one in my room the night before needing it. They have a lot of people who stay at this hotel on a long-term basis, live there, so that's probably why some basic amenities aren't just included.

Nice hotel however, you could hear everything outside your room. It’s like there isn’t any insulation in the building. Doors slamming and conversations in the next room. Quite a bummer because it’s a nice new place, but the sound is most definitely a big issue.

Great Value if you're in Chandler
Great place and location. Friendly staff. Very clean and is only a couple of months old. Good price as well. Rooms have full fridge, mini stove, and microwave. Walking distance to/from the Chandler municipal airport if you fly in. Will definitely be staying there again if I'm in the area.
