This was by far the worst stay of my life. The property staff was unprofessional and unavailable when entering the office. The property itself had an unusual presence of unwanted guest and law enforcement. Animals were tied up on the side, people were standing out smoking. Entering the room was PURE HELL! The room smelled so bad, the lights weren’t working and the room was dirty! The bathroom was something out of an horror scene. This was the NASTIEST FACILITY EVER!!

I went to the motel to check in and they only had a smoking room. I asked if they could check if the room had a bad smell to it since it was a smoking room and I have COPD. The security guard dispatched back to the front office clerk that the room was dirty and never cleaned. They then checked several other rooms and found them dirty as well. The front desk clerk then offered me a 1 bed room (My reservation was for 2 beds) which had no curtain so I declined and asked for my reservation to be cancelled. I drove around Phoenix looking for another room and finally found one after midnight. It was a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional. I won't be staying there or even recommend anyone staying there.

Check in person behind security screen should have tipped me off (although she was fine). Main room light switch did not work. Nothing (e.g.shampoo, conditioner) except bar soap in bathroom. Missing closet doors. Full ashtrays outside and lots of smokers around the buildings. For $70 on the side of a freeway it would be bearable but for twice that much I expect better.

The manager gave our room away without notice. fortunately, I called the night before to confirm and was told my selected room, reserved with my MasterCard, had been given away to another customer. I was SHOCKED!!! The manager was not available at that time so I requested a call back the following day...... I got NO RESPONSE. I've been traveling for business for over 40 years. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Stay away. .

Stay Away IMO
Mostly l9ng term residents. Drug dealers and vagrants living behind building in the bushes. Running around all night making noise & trying to get drugs out of room 323. Worried all night they were going to break into my car. Room wasn’t ready at check in. Waited an hour. Rooms are clean but not well maintained. Shower with your shoes on. Shower / Tub selector pull non functional. Parking limited near room. You couldn’t pay me to stay again. $240.00 wasted on 2 nights there. RUN! Staff was friendly.

The room was nice & big. The bed was a bit lumpy but ok. Really the only minus for the room was the stale smell to the room. The biggest - was the group of people sitting at the foot of the stairs “partying”. Alcohol, cigarette smoke and “other smoke” smells were super strong…

My daughter and I have been staying here for over a week. It’s clean, very nice having a kitchenette! For the most parts it’s quiet and safe! Friendly staff! They do not come to clean which is totally fine if I need something I’ll ask! Enjoying our stay here!

Stayed for 7 days while closing in house. A Women was attacked and mugged by 4 people in the middle of the night. I reported it to the office and they had armed security walking day and night. I felt better and my family felt safer. It was quiet after that. My room had a kitchen and was clean. I had to hunt down the cleaning lady to get clean towels several times. Never once came to the room to check on us to see if we needed garbage bags or cleaning supplies. Very close to the freeway and convenient stores. Much better than I expected from a motel 6
