Excellent in all regards except one thing. Half of the rooms face the 101 interstate and the traffic can be loud especially if you are a light sleeper. Fortunately the staff was able to move me after the first night. Enjoyed everything else but would need a guaranteed room away for the 101 to stay again

Front desk Brandon excellent and most welcoming....bed bugs at bedtime, reported next AM...no hot water until shower time (ugh)...temperamental Kuerig machine (standard every hotel, right)...Internet issued finally worked out but had to use hotspot until IT fixed...worst Hilton experience ever...JScott

Had only decaf coffee in my room. When I called for regular it never came. Property only has breakfast buffet you pay for (no free breakfast or room service breakfast. The room was nice.

The location is convenient, staff are friendly and helpful. How the AC unit is kind of loud inside the room and I couldn't completely turn it off with the control panel on the wall.

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. When we had trouble sleeping because of the traffic on one side of the hotel, they immediately moved us to a nice room on the other side, which was wonderfully quiet. Nice pool, nice gym, nice business center. Plenty of parking for free. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

As a person with a disability who has stayed at many Hilton and loves the Hilton beds, this one was a fail. The bathroom also was a fail. In fact, it was very lackluster. The air conditioning unit is quite loud as well.

I loved the room. Housekeeping was excellent. What i didn't like. They only have two shuttle drivers, one day and one night. The night driver called off sick and we had to spend $40 on an Uber to go 4.9 miles each way. I feel like there should be a back up driver. The pool needed to be cleaned. The exhaust fan in our bathroom didn't work

I loved the smell of all the flowers blooming. The air conditioner worked well. The bed felt old and worn. The smoke/carbon detector flashed a bright white light every 15 seconds of so, making it hard to sleep.

Hotel lobby is very nice. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel backs right up to the freeway, and doesn't seem to be insulated very well. We had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the freeway and the people upstairs could be heard walking around. My husband said he could heard someone snoring in the room next door.
