Large room with small kitchen. Kitchen supplies must be ordered through front desk. Hotel does not have ice. Coffee is only available in the morning. Mattress was average. Staff was friendly, but sometimes hard to get a hold of. Room was clean, and the area felt fairly safe. Large TV was nice.

Bed comfortable and room clean. Night staff was rude when I asked for repair to a tub faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Upon returning at noon, the day manager and front desk came to check it out and gave me a different room very cheerfully. Made this a great experience.

I did not like that we could only use one entrance into the building. I did not like that there was limited parking in the front. I parked in the back and could not enter through the side doors and I had to carry my luggage all the way around the building. The lighting was not as lit too and I feared I might get mugged. But the rooms were nice, quiet, and the beds/pillows were heavenly. The atmosphere was pleasant, the smell was fresh as I stepped into my room. A cleaning lady checked on us in the morning, and she was not annoying but more like a motherly check up and I loved that she gave us a caring smile and told us to have a wonderful day. I would come back to this place if I'm in the area again.

DON'T STAY HERE.

Don't stay here!
The trip was horrible, the room was disgusting! This place needs to clean up it's act. Checked out after one night, manager said I would get a refund, but we'll see! No real included breakfast, just a small table that they set out muffins on. That's cheating, you can't call that 'breakfast included.' Room smelled like dead animals or people. The check in staff looked like they were on drugs. Homeless crowd sleeping around the hotel. Cockroaches inside the hotel. Bathroom wasn't clean. And the BED, oh the BED it was like trying to sleep on rocks, with a scratchy wool blanket. I couldn't sleep the entire night. I stay in hotels often this is absolutely the worst I have ever stayed in. I have never checked out after 1 night and moved hotels. This hotel made me do that! Don't stay here! Not worth the money they charge. The pictures lie!

Poor all around
Upon arrival getting into the building was a little tricky. But check in was smooth and easy. The cleanliness of the room we stayed in was poor. Hair in the shower, pee on the bottom of the toilet. Overall old/outdated feeling to the room. Poorly decorated. However the AC/heater worked and the bed was comfortable. There listing states they have a breakfast but it’s just coffee, muffins, and oatmeal. A poor excuse for a breakfast. We ended up having to go out and get something. By the time we got down there there was next to nothing left. Seems like it’s a come first thing in the morning or you won’t get something. For a one night stay it worked but I will not be returning.

Liked the refrigerator/freezer size; property condition was decent, but not 5 star; cleanliness was fair, but the microwave had shredded cheese under the turntable; breakfast options were less than expected - coffee, muffins, & Nature Valley Bars were the choices. Also, you had to contact the front desk for any tableware or pans needed - kitchenette was not stocked.

Carpets were stained, filthy, and sticky feeling when walked on. The room smelled mildewed, the kitchenette was broken down, with tore up counters. The curtains wouldn’t close, and the tub wouldn’t drain, so we showered standing in dirty water.
