The staff is very rude and don’t give you the proper price of the motel. If you call, they will say you don’t have to pay any extra money for a deposit when you arrive and if you search it as a pet friendly. It comes up that it is also they don’t provide that their want you to put a credit card on the account once you arrive they only tell you that you have to pay the cost through Expedia and that’s all the blonde woman that works at the front desk is super rude and thinks she’s all that in a bag of chips not to mention if you get a refund you have to wait 7 to 10 businesses for it to show up on your card overall rating is a zero out of 10.

My room phone didnt work and the night audditor acted as if it was a huge burden to let me come down from my room and use the office phone!!!!

I feel they should let people know its also a long term rental with sketchy people living and working there. A detective was looking for a felon whose cell phone pinged on the property. Didn't feel safe especially because i had my 2 year old grandson with me.

Beds are hard as a rock. Pillows sre terrible. I would give it a zero based on this since the whole point is having a pkace to sleep. I hardly slept. I will never stay there again. If you like a very, very firm mattress, you will love this place.

It had a little kitchen area where you could cook yourself a homemade meal... never used it but definitely going to rent there again when visiting area again... thanks for the room and stay...
the cost was a little high for no real breakfast. Ive stayed in 5 local hotels with better facilities for much less. it was clean though.

It gives privacy per location however unsafe, the smell of smoking enters my room which was not healthy for me. The dining table was not clean and a cube of soap. Receptionist area not great.

We had utilized the laundry facility and the machines were well kept and efficient. I wish that the hotel had a vending machine for travel sized soaps. The area around the hotel had lots of options for soap. Delivery was a little difficult to come by but that was more of the restaurant we chose and does not reflect the hotel itself.
