The area is perfect, there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops around the hotel. The hotel is nice. Food restaurant was very good. BUT we will not come back because, the room was dirty. Carpet had stains, the shower wasn't draining water out. There was a cockroach next to the bed. In other words if cleaning is important do not consider this hotel

My reservation was supposed to be for a room overlooking the pool. We ended up looking at a service door and wall and still laid the premium price. Misleading in my perspective.

There was a Harley rally in the parking lot right outside our room window. Drinking, extreme noise and trash everywhere. Not to mention the keys to the rooms were not working. Normally we love this hotel. Major disappointment!

We stay here any time we go to a concert at the Chandler Arts Center. The property is older but still maintained. I love staying here, the bed is comfortable and the hotels, conveniently located to everything in downtown Chandler. My only recommendation is that they need to shampoo the carpets and change the air filters. We’ve stayed here about 4 times and we’ve noticed a slight trend. The water in the tub drains really slow so shower quickly.

We live in Maricopa not far from this location maybe like 25 minutes m. When we’re going to concert at the Chandler arts Center, we always stay at this hotel because it’s conveniently. Walkable. It’s not your big glamorous hotel but it’s clean & comfortable. The restaurant food is so good.(they have one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had in my life). The bar is excellent. I’ve seen multiple weddings at this place and rehearsal dinners right from the bar, you can see everything on there open terrorist area. It’s conveniently located to downtown Chandler so you have access to every food type, bars with live music there is even a speakeasy, there’s so much to do. We’re actually getting ready to book again for another concert happening in a couple of weeks.

Other than the EXTREMELY loud music when we checked in (the desk clerk said it was a Friday/Saturday thing), we enjoyed ourselves so much! Property is beautiful, staff was so friendly, and our room was just as advertised. We also really appreciated the water bottles in the room, since we come from a humid climate and yours was very dry. I was very thankfully parking was free and we LOVED that there were so many things within walking distance! The Speakeasy on the property was an absolute gem as well!!

Check in and check out were a breeze. Cleaning staff could do a better job checking and stocking basic amenities. Our room didn’t have pillows, sheets for pullout bed nor enough towels. Tissue and shampoo (in big convenient bottles) ran out on our second night. Staff at AJs were nice and attentive. Breakfast food was average.

This is a decent property conveniently located to downtown Chandler. We stayed for 5 nights and was happy to be able to walk to restaurants in the area. The hotel has a very nice pool area and several areas that would be nice for weddings. The lobby is spacious with a lot of seating, a nice bar and nicely decorated. Our beds were comfortable although some people might like more blankets. The gym was nice and had decent equipment. We were disappointed that there was no laundry facility and no microwaves in room considering we were staying 5 nights. Our carpet was stained but otherwise the room was clean. We would stay again as the pros outweighed the cons.

Location is great, rooms are okay.
The location is great and the grounds were nice! However, it took a whole day to find out our phones would not work unless you hook to their service with a code otherwise all data and service is blocked. To access the pool and fitness room you must ask for a separate pool card as the room cards didn’t work. Room service only came around once a 7:30-8 am so, we didn’t get service. The coffee maker didn’t work and shower had issues.

The dining options, location, cleanliness and renovations were very nice. The reception was very good. The only thing that was not great were the very thin walls. You could hear everything inside and outside the rooms.

Fantastic historic property with the most spectacular swimming pool in Phoenix! Friendly helpful staff…clean, and nearby walkable shopping and unique restaurants. Cannot say enough great things about our stay. This is our second visit and will not be our last!

The hotel was beautiful! Pool was nice and clean. Comfortable pool recliners. Front desk service was great. Bed was SO comfortable. Shower head was lovely. Truly no complaints, and you’re right in the middle of it all in downtown Chandler! You can walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel right in downtown, great bars and restaunts nearby. Nice to walk downtown and then walk back to the room. Very clean, nice and comfy! Great value for the price! Great pool and courtyard as well.

Needs some repairs
This property is very spread out. My room was not in very good repair. The drain plug was broken, the hook on the back of the door was broken, the phone would not work to dial out (trying to order room service). The ice machine tray where the bucket sits was missing. Guests were smoking everywhere which I am not used to being from Colorado. The air conditioner made a very loud banging noise every time it kicked on. Guests were outside my room chatting loudly until 3am one night so between that and the air conditioner, not much sleep was had. On the good side, the lobby was pretty.
