I love that for a woman traveling you feel extremely safe. I wish the restaurant stayed open 1 hour later that is the only change I’d make.

Property was great, staff was friendly. Very clean hotel. Street noise is loud but that’s inevitable, wish they had parking on site that’s my only complaint.

Thank you so much for this review! If you do plan on staying with us again, the odd number rooms are typically quieter as they do not overlook University. I apologize that our only option for parking is 39 valet, there is a self-park lot next door to us that charges 20 if you do plan on staying again it's a little cheaper! My family and friends selected this hotel. Everything is perfectwith the big disappointment of the top roof Bar hours. All over the hotel you can find flyers including the hotel's website showing the the Top roof Bar hotel close at midnight on Saturday. Well, after a big event at Tempe, we invited our friends to meet us at this place. Unfortunately, the Top roof Bar was closed. Is inconvenient since we believed the flyers posted at the hotel and the hotel 's website open hours.

The property is very nice, clean, upscale, friendly and great food... the outside area being all college students, is noisy, especially late at night. You WILL hear the cars all night racing up and down the street with loud exhaust and what not. Otherwise, very good place to stay.

Nice upscale property situated at the heart of the ASU Tempe campus. The property is very clean. The room was very clean and modern. The restaurant serves outstanding upscale food and drinks. Wait staff we're kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay at the property again. I did have an issue with housekeeping not cleaning our room after the first night. Not sure if we to notify them or not. That lack of housekeeping led to some amenities not being available our 2nd day. Notified front desk 2x but none were delivered. Had to eventually walk to a nearby store and purchase my own. Staff at front desk did reach out and apologize which I did appreciate. Can get noisy at night due to being on the main street.

Excellent experience. Hotel is modern and beautifully decorated. The only negative comment I have are with the shower and basin drainage. The water from the tub was coming out unto the bathroom floor and the basin water did not go down properly.

My recent stay was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was tidy and comfortable, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. However, there were a couple of notable drawbacks. Firstly, the room service menu was not entirely accurate, leading to some frustration when ordering meals. Additionally, the lighting in the room was confusing to adjust, making it difficult to create the desired ambiance. Despite these issues, the hotel's convenient location and overall cleanliness made the stay enjoyable. With some improvements to the room service menu accuracy and clearer lighting instructions, the hotel could enhance the guest experience significantly. While I might consider staying here again, I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Hotel is lovely, room is comfy and location is great. Only 2 werent awesome: 1) room was only made once (in a 3 night stay) and we had to ask, 2) the bathroom door is a barn door and even when closed you can see into the bathroom (wc/shower). Still, overall, a pretty great place.

I did not like the parking. The garage next door is $20/day to self park and $40 /day for valet. Wasn’t specified on the website how much parking would be.

The only issue was the loud cars at night. This is the main drag for the youngsters to revv up their cars every night.
