Beautiful stay at the Biltmore. Staff is over the top and customer service. The only thing that could be improved was that we stayed in an older part of the hotel that I believe needs to be updated.

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia
Rooms are a nice size and clean. The grounds are beautiful. The staff was very helpful especially the young man driving the carts around.
