It was alright. Housekeeping comes every other day, but when they come, they dont clean. They just make the beds.

The property is scheduled for a refresh summer of '26. I loved the location near Promemade and freeway. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We had a couple issues that were immediately resolved. I would stay again and feel the refresh is timely.

Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix Scottsdale
The hot tub heater wasn't working. The floor in the room was not very clean. We wont be going back to this hotel.
