Cheap but scary
The place smelled of cigarettes and the surrounding neighborhood was scary, but they are slightly gated. I also heard gun shots during my nights

The staff was rude I had one lady open my door without knocking just for towels, I had to replace my Key card 3 times and all 3 time the man up front was disrespectful and completely rude, I did arrive early to my hotel the lady who was working that night told me it was fine for me to check in early and stay thru Sunday which I booked on my website and she well let her manger know, they tried to kick me out the room then made me pay a extra $130 to stay which I already paid for Thursday when I showed up I was told I well be reimbursed for the money but never was my stay was completely terrible

Customer parking is behind locked gates, which seems safe except that when we pulled in we found many reasons for concern. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the walkway out front felt as if you'd fall through the floor with every step. The deadbolt on our door would not latch and there were no other safety measures, so the housekeeper was able to barge in at 0930 the next morning w/o warning. On the plus side, there were no bed bugs, however, the bedding had MANY yellow stains so that we had to completely remove and just sleep on the mattress with my own blanket. Normally, I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere but we were exhausted after staying with my father in the hospital all day up until he passed that evening.

Reservation said 2 queen beds, but we were given 2 doubles. Bed spread had cigarette burns. Walked in room barefoot just in the morning to get ready and the bottoms of our feet were visibly black with dirt. Check in is through a window where you can barely hear the person. NO WIFI!!!

Do not stay at this hotel i was goin for the cheapest just coming to go out for the weekend from Vegas and it was a nightmare mistake it was disgusting there was hair in the refrigerator the bed had been made but the pillow cases had hair and makeup or dirt on them there was addicts yelling and screaming in the room next door like they were going through withdrawals people were sitting in there cars outside it’s a bad area and a crappy hotel and they don’t tell you but there’s a 50 dollar cash deposit they require which I didn’t have so they make you use a atm that charges 5 dollars to use don’t waste your money this motel is not worth a third of what I paid!

This place is a mess.
This Hotel needs some upgrades. The door had to be pushed very hard to open. I bruised my shoulder trying to get it open. The deadbolt did not work and I did not feel very comfortable in the neighborhood. The room need painting and the carpet needed replaced. The tub was not meant to be used since there was no plug for the drain. The shower worked okay though. I had rented a fairly large truck and it would not fit into the parking area without impeding other vehicle, it stuck out too far. The person checking me in was nice but they don't even let you in the lobby. You have to check in via a walk-up window. I think it must be for safety reasons??

Scary Phoenix Motel
This place feels like a prison. It is all fenced in and only accessible with one's key card. It is un an industrial off the main street. They do not let people into the office and only speak to one through speakers on a window. The bed was put up on a platform that was not easy to get in and out of and many of the lights did not work--a concern for a senior! It was not comfortable either. no remote was provided for the small tv. I had to use the controls on the back of it. My shower never reached a comfortable temperature and had no bars or door. Most of all they added extra charges that they never explained plus a $50 cash deposit. No internet although the information said there was free internet. It seemed very crooked and scary. Please do not list this mote!!!

Everything was so dirty the people that works there and especially the administration office. They are route definitely I don’t recommend that place at all.
