Parking is a big issue for this hotel. $32 self parking thats a block away, or $42 for valet to the same lot. The actual hotel is nice. Staff was nice. If you need parking, highly suggest parking in the Renaissance Square across the street, its only $25 a night.

Will never stay here again. This hotel was booked in error. Absolute nightmare. Parking garage charges $32 a day and if you leave you have to repay. Not close by the hotel either. It’s ridiculous. The staff was rude and not helpful at all! Horrible experience. No pool. Dirty bathroom.

I really liked how the hotel was very convient and walkable to the activities I had in mind for downtown Phoenix. The hotel and room itself was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.
