Staff at the front desk was very helpful orangizing tuk tuk for day tour. Breakfast was very good, had enough veggi selection and fresh local fruits. Staff was great and especially thanks to Ravinder (food and beverage manager) made extra especial veggi food for us. Thanks to all the staff.

Great stay Sochye was excellent at Front Desk and Ivan Pham and his team were so good creating an amazing dining experience They went out of their way to cater for our dietery needs-and we were very happy

Business Trip to Phnom Penh
A very nice and clean hotel to set up base for few days of business activities in Phnom Penh. Gym facilities was also good and located on the 20th floor, nice view of the city while sweating out.

Great Hotel
Nice modern hotel, very helpful friendly staff, very good breakfast choice, nice roof top bar, food and drink a little expensive compared to outside bars but as they say “pay for what you get”. 10 minutes by tuk tuk to riverside, Russian market. Would definitely stay at the property again

Terrible Service
On the day of checking into the hotel at around 8PM I ordered packaged breakfast to be delivered to my room at 4am the following day for early checkout but the food was not delivered I called the front desk at 405am and was promised the food would be delivered but another 10 minutes passed nothing happened I proceeded to checkout and ask for the food but was told the chef was still asleep. I already paid for the breakfast when I booked the hotel at hotels.com . I asked the hotel for refund the front desk person just kept silent. Not even an apology. I need hotels.com to compensate . It was a very unpleasant experience I have ever had in my life.

It is a great new hotel, the location is good, the hotel room was super clean and well decorated. The breakfast was indeed scrumptious and had a good range of western and local cuisine. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. We also tried the room service

I stayed for 2 nights and went for breakfast in the morning. However, the croissants were not puffy this time; not enough as a pastry but more like bread. I remember the croissants used to be better but not these two times of my stay. I love croissants and hope there's an improvement next time when I stay at the property again.
