"I’m incredibly grateful for this place. Coconut Inn took me in at a time when most hotels were fully booked due to airline issues, flight delays, and cancellations. There was an issue with another property that did not confirm my stay, and although I was stranded without a hotel, Expedia stepped in and helped relocate me within about an hour to Coconut Inn. From the moment I arrived, everything turned around. Check-in took about five minutes, and the woman at the front desk was super kind, friendly, and welcoming. I was experiencing anxiety and panic after the uncertainty of not having a place to stay, and she was incredibly supportive and reassuring. They immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The room was extremely clean, the pool was great, and the free breakfast was wonderful—a much-appreciated bonus after such a stressful day. It was perfect for what I needed: clean, comfortable, affordable, and welcoming for an overnight stay. Beautiful exterior property. Our balcony overlooked mainly a parking lot. The ocean could be viewed if you turned a hard right around the room divider. "
