we stayed in the ivory for 3 nights, rooms were clean, aircon was great. the best part was junie in the reception, she made us feel very welcome and told us everything we need to know about phi phi. she made our trip much easier. she was amazing! we love you junie

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our 5 year old.The pool is beautiful and large and there's a separate shallow one for kids. The views are beautiful and the tide is our most mornings and early eavenings which is great fun for crab hunting. I would stay here again. The room was very clean, the breakfast was appreciated, the staff was nice. For those who are unsure of the area, it's a relatively quick walk (10 minutes) to the center of Krabi town, and there is a tasty, very clean and modern restaurant right around the corner. It's also a five minute walk to 711 or Tesco Lotus grocery store. We had a lovely stay here in our visit to Thailand recently. We stayed in a sea view delux villa and it was beautiful. The room had a big firm bed in the middle of the room with windows all along the front and right hand side. We also had a jacuzzi bath which was great fun with our 1 year old! The bathroom had a big shower and the maid came everyday and cleaned the room throughout. The air con was excellent which was great in the humid weather to cool us all down. Honestly this place was amazing 😍 it was so special to sit on the terrace with THAT view of the cliffs and gardens. Which are beautifully maintained. Also in just a few days I saw different kinds of lizards, the squirrels and a monkey or two, just while chilling on my balcony! We booked a Hill top view bungalow and got one that was close enough to the sea to have a beautiful seaview from our terrace. Inside the bungalow is very cozy, with a nice bed, aircon, wifi, etc. The hotel has a nice pool but an even nicer private beach where you can snorkel and see some fishes. The breakfast is served in the restaurant with seaview. The restaurant is good and not much more expensive than other restaurants in Koh Lanta. Boy and his family are fantastic hosts. There’s a reasonable restaurant on site and a relaxed atmosphere. Great for families and solo travellers alike.

Very friendly staff and amazing service, large room very comfortable and great breakfast. Access to the long beach with many options for dinner, massages and transferts on site.

Overall good

Lovely hotel with super attentive staff, nothing was a bother. Helped us with arranging motorbikes, an excursion and taxis/tuk tuks. Located super conveniently to many beach bars, restaurants, convenience stores and massage parlours. Couldn’t recommend this lovely hotel more highly and the free freshly brewed tea and coffee in the reception for guests in the morning is a great touch.

We arrived at 10am and couldn't check in till 3pm. But we had our room by 1pm. Which was also upgraded to a pool access room. There was a little area for children to do painting and bracelet making with a staff member. Pools were really nice with a couple of good water slides and swim up bar. Reception staff were amazing and all remembered my daughters name.

Nice comfortable I was satisfied all the way and will probably should I get drunk on that beach! Be back

OK Beach Hotel with garden all over the place. That also means mosqitos when sitting outside in the evening. Need spray fot that.
